We supply our gift vouchers online for your convenience as a monetary value only. You can send the voucher directly to the recipient and as a paperless option we can scan the email from their phone. If you would like to give the emailed voucher, send to yourself and print.

Personalised Gift voucher

If you would like to gift one of our amazing Spa Package or have a more personalised Gift voucher call to arrange on 4948 6555, you can collect the voucher in salon or we can post the voucher to you.  Utopia hard copy vouchers are beautifully presented with our service menu, gift wrap, ribbon and a gift tag. They do incur a small service fee of $3.00.  If you order 4 or more vouchers the service fee is capped at $10.00. To post your voucher, including the service fee is $6.00. Please allow up to 5 days for postage.

Gift Voucher Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hrs notice, 25% of the voucher value will become void.
• Vouchers are sold as monetary value and are valid for 3 years or as a package which is discounted, therefore is valid for 6 months.
• As Utopia is a leading day spa we don’t like to disappoint, so we recommend to book in your treatments/packages ASAP for your preferred date.
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
