Gift Voucher T&C’s

  • Utopia Skin and Spa in-salon gift vouchers have a small service fee of $3 with 4 or more service fees capped at $10. They come beautifully presented and personalised, ready to gift. Postage is also available.

  • Gift Vouchers are sold as a monetary value and are strictly valid for 3 years, or as one of our Spa Packages which are discounted and therefore strictly valid for 6 months. Voucher validity is expressed on each gift voucher.

  • Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Gift Voucher Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hrs notice, 25% of the voucher value will become void. As Utopia is a leading day spa we don’t like to disappoint, so we recommend to book in your treatments/packages ASAP for your preferred date.
